IQ Perplex Review

Welcome to the Dope Homeschool Blog, where we love discovering engaging educational resources for children of all ages. I was very excited to review IQ Perplex, which is a remarkable puzzle game that promises to challenge young minds and stimulate critical thinking. Although designed for ages 12 and up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that even our 7-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed this brain-teasing adventure. In this blog post, I will delve into the details of IQ Perplex, highlighting its features, benefits, and why it has become a favorite in our home.

How to Play

IQ Perplex is an unassuming yet complex puzzle game that offers a wide range of challenges to young thinkers. The goal is to solve each challenge by filling up the grid using the given puzzle pieces. The game comes with a handy travel case and includes a booklet with 120 challenges, ranging from easy to difficult. Because of my son’s age, we only completed the easy challenges.

Here’s Why We Love It

Our son found IQ Perplex to be both challenging and enjoyable. As he progressed through the challenges, he encountered an array of unique puzzle combinations that kept him engaged and motivated. The satisfaction of finding the perfect fit for each piece, aligning the cubes’ tops, and ultimately solving the puzzle was truly rewarding for him.

What sets IQ Perplex apart is its ability to captivate children’s attention while promoting concentration, problem-solving, and logical thinking. Despite its recommended age range of 12 and up, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our 7-year-old son was able to complete some of the puzzles. This adaptability makes it a versatile game suitable for a wide range of ages and skill levels.

IQ Perplex is a wonderful tool for developing critical thinking skills in young learners. By engaging with the challenges, children are encouraged to think strategically, analyze patterns, and employ logic to find the optimal solution. These skills are invaluable in fostering problem-solving abilities that extend beyond the realm of puzzles and into real-life situations.

Final Thoughts

IQ Perplex has proven to be a great addition to our homeschool curriculum. If you’re searching for an educational game that combines fun and mental stimulation, I highly recommend giving it a try.
